Alongside my formal training, I have over 20 years' experience working across a range of mental health settings, including NHS inpatient services, secure mental health services and therapeutic charities.

Professional registration

I am registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I adhere to the standards of practice and codes of ethics of both professional bodies and maintain a commitment to safe, ethical and effective practice.
